Meet Jan and Paweł, the new management of the coachman. Jan comes from the Czech Republic and Paweł from Poland. Both found their home in England, where they have been for over 10 years and where they started their families. They first met professionally 8 years ago and soon became friends. As perfectionists, they pay attention to every detail. Both gained their professional experience in England. Constantly improving, they got to where they are now. Discovering a passion for food, for hosting people they wanted to have their own place where everyone would feel at home. And finally it worked. They fulfill their dream in The Coachman.
